Membership upgrade application is done online through the member portal
Membership Upgrade Procedure
1. Ensure you have activated your account through our online self-registration portal – member.kism.or.ke
2. Log into your account.
3. On My documents tab and proceed to upgrade.
The following are requirements for upgrade application;
1. Academic and professional examination certificates (dip/degree/postgraduate course in procurement and supplies or CIPs level 6/CPSP-K part 3)
2. National ID/Passport
3. Curriculum vitae(CV
Fees
Upgrade application -Payment of Kshs 4,000 (a pro-forma invoice will be generated at the last section of your application)

1. KISM pay bill number 552500(number- Use proforma invoice reference number)
